1. I retain full ownership of the work commissioned.
2. I retain the right to modify, reuse, and resell rejected or unpaid for sketches at a later time.
3. Any significant delays will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.
4. If a commission has taken over 30 days to complete, customer may request a free silly sticker as a bonus.
5. I reserve the right to reject commissions.
6. I do not represent my client's views or opinions.
7. If these terms are broken, the user may be barred from commissioning Sob in the future.
✦ Client ✦
1. Commissions may only be purchased by clients who are 18+.
2. Clients may not claim, alter, or use the artwork for commercial purposes unless given permission by Sob.
3. Signature/Watermarks may not be tampered with.
4. Clients are free to crop artwork for use as profile pictures on social media, as long as I am credited for the artwork.
5. Clients may repost artwork they have commissioned as long as I am credited for the artwork in a visible location (description).
6. The client has the right to decline public posting of their commissioned artwork or custom design; however, Sob reserves the right to use the artwork as examples for future clients, or in a portfolio.

1. Purchases are currently only made through PayPal invoices.
2. Prices are in USD.
✦ Refund ✦
1. Full refund may be issued before the sketch stage has started.
2. Refunds issued up to 50% if sketch/lineart has been completed.
3. Refunds not available once coloring has started.
4. Refunds not available for sketch-only commissions.
5. The longer you wait to request a refund, the longer it may take for me to refund; if its been a while, I may have put that money to use and won't have it immediately available. This does not mean a fair refund will not be granted.
